What does a staff member do?
A staff member is someone who helps out by welcoming people, stopping bullying and they think of things to make this site better.

Why does a staff member do that?
They do this so people will feel welcome- welcoming people, not making people feel upset and so they can have a good time - stopping bullying and so they will be attracted to the forum and enjoy their time here- thinking up things to make the site better

What will you do for the site?
I will welcome people, stop bullying, try to make up things to make the site better and contribute to all the threads
