Is this site confusing?

I was wondering if anyone found this site confusing?
If so do you have any ideas how to make it less confusing.

I said no but just because I use the latest posts link which shows me everything since I last visited. I do that on all sites. Mine has it too. If I want to look at other parts of the site I do. I never understand why people find it hard to navigate forums.

I put no, but then remaind that one thing is confusing.
Like when I reply then the post can go to last page or the first one. It's a little bit weird.
I never saw also forum that put the newest post to first page, if there have many pages.
But I hope I will get to use to it

But I have a new thing, I didn't know where to write it.
Just the Happy birthday thread... Admin news or anything like this. I think we should do somewhere the birthday greeting thread, where everyone can tell, not only moderators and Admins :S
Because of that I didn't can also tell today (In Australian time yesterday) birthday greetings for RG - I thought that I don't gonna write now PM's to everyone too
And Everything(general)chat have the birthday thread, but i think it will be a little confusing if everyone tells there, when them birthday is and then just comes sometimes 1 page long Happy birthday greetings
You maybe think, that I should do the thread to myself and all is ok, but it's a little weird that half of members tell in one thread and others in else.
Then, I don't know what to do, don't wanna be without tell B-day greetings too. =)

We usually use the General Chat and PM.

But I can organise to make a folder for it! =]
